The purpose of this partnership is to support educational development and institutional capacity through joint initiatives, such as assistance in student and academic staff exchange, development cooperation, the initiation and advancement of educational programs, and other academic and innovation-oriented activities that promote inclusion and internationalization in higher education, as well as supporting the establishment of cooperation between universities and bringing partners especially from India and Malaysia.
