Mr. Pradeep Nayar is a distinguished entrepreneur and community leader of Indian origin, born in the state of Kerala and residing in Poland since 1988. Raised in a family with a strong foundation of discipline and service—his father having served in the Indian Army—Mr. Nayar began his entrepreneurial journey with modest beginnings in the textile trade. Through perseverance, strategic foresight, and a strong work ethic, he gradually expanded his business interests across multiple sectors including real estate, electrical goods, fruit trading, and food products.
Over the past three decades, Mr. Nayar has played a significant role in strengthening economic and cultural ties between India and Europe. His ventures and initiatives have contributed to enhancing bilateral trade and promoting Indian enterprise internationally, reflecting the broader vision of the Government of India to expand global engagement and economic cooperation.
In India, Mr. Nayar invested in and established Lotus Destinations Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering tourism company specializing in international cruise handling across Indian ports. The company has made notable contributions to India’s growing cruise tourism sector, supporting the government’s vision to develop cruise tourism infrastructure and generate employment opportunities. In recognition of its excellence, Lotus Destinations was awarded the prestigious “Best Tour Operator in Niche Segment – Cruise” by the Government of India for two consecutive years, 2014–2015 and 2015–2016.
Mr. Nayar is also a partner in Malayali, an international beverage brand producing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beers that are currently distributed across 26 countries worldwide. The brand achieved global recognition after winning the Gold Beer Award in the United Kingdom in 2025, and its products are now available in major duty-free outlets across the Middle East and India.
At present, Mr. Nayar serves as the Managing Director of Vistula Foods Sp. z o.o., Poland, a company dedicated to bringing leading Indian brands to the European market. Under his leadership, the company has become an important distributor of renowned Indian brands, including Patanjali, across the European Union.
Beyond his business achievements, Mr. Nayar is widely respected for his philanthropic and community initiatives. He was instrumental in founding the Indian Association of Poland in 1996, one of the earliest organizations representing the Indian community in the country. Continuing his commitment to community development, he later helped establish the Kerala Association of Poland in 2022. He also played a key role in the establishment of the only Hindu temple in Poland, where he currently serves as a Trustee.

Mr. Nayar is married to Mrs. Agnieszka Nayar, and the couple has two sons, Alexander Nayar and Kevin Nayar.
